[Vehicle] De-weaponized Ruiner 2000

I'm basically looking for a mod that eliminates the onboard weapons of the ruiner 2000 so that I can fire my pistols and whatnot in single player.

This should do. It does come with one drawback though, for some reason, the original Ruiner 2000 interior was replaced with the normal muscle car one, so keep that in mind.

@Ishootstuff just replace ruiner 2000 onto of regular ruiner that should do the trick.
