Brighten the blue light of the vehicle

I downlaoded some GTA 5 police cars. It is all working well but there is one Problem. The bluelights aren't bright enough. I saw in some YT Videos the same car im using and the blue lights in the YT video were brighter. So have you any idea how to make the blue lights brighter? (For example in the bmw 530d police car?!)
PS: I installed ELS. Does anyone have any idea how to disable the flashing of the normal front and rear lights when the blue light is on?Hallo!
Ich habe mir mehrere GTA 5 Polizei Autos installiert. Sie funktionieren alle, leider kann man das vom Blaulicht nicht sagen. Es ist nicht hell genug, mann kann es kaum erkennen. Ich habe in Yt Videos gesehen, dass das Blaulicht der Wagen eigentlich viel heller ist. Insbesondere meine ich den BMW 530D. Die Blaulichter sind zu dunkel.
PS: Ich benutze ELS. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie mann das blinken der normalen Vor und Rückleuchten deaktivieren kann, wenn das Blaulicht an ist?

There is simple mod that will brighten the lights of police cars or you can edit the XML files in OPEN IV.
