[MISC] Actions while driving

So, if you already played GTA Online that I really thing you already had made it, you know that if you select a pre-defined action on the interaction menu such as smoke and activate it inside a vehicle, your char actually does it, and if you remember LCPDFR on GTA 4, you could drink a coffee cup inside your car while driving or stopped, can someone bring that to GTA 5 Singleplayer? I'd really appreciate see my char smoking a cig while driving around, mainly to record some nice short films... Thanks your time.
