Consider reading some of https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/14693/quick-start-guide-to-modding-grand-theft-auto-v
It covers updates and what stuff to disable.

@ikt didnt help

@sea-cucumber What kind of mods are you even talking about? Script-mods, vehicles, maps? Depending on that there are different solutions.

@Cyron43 just the ones in openiv, not script ones
-
@sea-cucumber It depends on how they were installed. If they were all installed to the mods folder all you need to do is remove the mods folder. If you installed them directly to the game then you'll need to verify your game cache.
-
@Jitnaught ive verified cache, i'll try removing the mods folder (edit) do you mean the update folder?

This post is deleted!

@sea-cucumber No, the folder named "mods" in your GTA V directory. If you don't have it then don't worry about it.
-
@Jitnaught i dont have it but it still crashes haha
-
@sea-cucumber If you verified your game cache and have no mods folder then that means you must have an external mod that's crashing the game. Something like a script mod, ENB, etc. If you have script mods installed try disabling them by renaming the "dinput8.dll" file to something else like "dinput8.dll.disabled".

@Jitnaught i hope its not a script mod that i actually did stuff with
