Realistic traffic?

I'm not sure if there is anything like this. I've seen people say they have a "realistic traffic" mod, but everyone just drives like a bat out of hell. I'm looking for a mod where when I'm in a super car, the dump trucks and station wagons don't match my speed. That annoys me to no end. If there isn't anything like this, that would be great.
