Invisible vehicle textures

Goodday to all,

I was wondering how to make some vehicle textures invisible?

For example, to make the Phantom Custom wheels look more like the Dock handler wheels .

I though to have the anwser, but that turned out wrong.

Any help is appreciated as always.
