Can't switch Character when trainer is activated

I can't switch character when Menyoo trainer is activated!! Whenever I switch to Michael, nothing happened!!! Then I reload the previous save file and I switch again, it works but I can't open trainer!!
So I used different trainer (Simple Trainer and Enchaned Native Trainer) and then I can't even see character menu when I click "Alt key". Nothing Happened!!! Pls Help me!

so its either 1. you left the trainer open on the screen or 2. you have a different character (freemode, pedestrian)

Nope I surely closed it and l am controlling franklin
