Baller3/4 window tint

Hello,
So I've got a couple Range Rover mods replacing Baller3 and Baller4, and the windows are tinted when I spawn them in. I've dealt with this many times before by going into the vehicles.meta and changing the DiffuseTint Value to 00FFFFFF, but this time it didn't work. Both of them say in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta under DiffuseTint Value that it's set to the 00FFFFFF, but when they spawn in-game, the windows are tinted still. Any advice?
