SZABO's PERSISTANCE MOD HELP PLZ

I have tried Multiple times to install this mod and it just doesn't seem to work could anyone plz help maybe skype or something?

@eLuksive Make sure you have scripthookV and LUA installed.

i have both installed i have done everything it just does not seem to work at all

@Akila_Reigns i have the LUA plug in and scripthook and i have put all the files in the right place and changed the file correctly?

@eLuksive Well, try I'm Not MentaL's persistence mod, it doesn't need LUA, it needs Community Script Hook V .NET, and is updated than this one.

@Akila_Reigns @eLuksive I have Szabo's Persistance Mod, and its working just fine, without any issues.

@ashishcw I trust .NET over LUA, that's why I said that. There's nothing wrong with both of those mods.

@Akila_Reigns Yeah, Yeah, afcourse I get the point, I was just confirming, that mod doesn't have issues with newer updated version of the game. I am steam btw.
@eLuksive Buddy, try and be specific, whom are you talking to. Always, try and mention @ sign and their names, this way, the user will get the notification as well.
P.S. If you want, you can use forum's chat feature as well. Since, its handy and reduces spamming over the threads. Just saying.

i've taken all my files out and tried to now download the Mental one and see if that works for me im loading my GTA i'll let you know in a a sec if that workss for me

@ashishcw ok there is a mod which allows you to buy properties from real estate i can't remember the exact name. is there anyway you can help me install it i just couldn't do it at all? and what menu do you guys prefer using because i cant get the tyrus or LE7B they spawn in and then disappear some how. i would also love a fuel mod and real life mod,
