Is it possible to make any character more customizable? Or are there any mods yet?

I was wondering of anyone, anywhere has made one of the 3 characters more customizable like, change of height, skin, face feature, eyes color, face shapes, like the MP freemode models? Is it possible?

Are there any mods that are close to that? where I can find them if there is something like that.
