Gta V stopped working

Hello everyone,
Since the new December GTA update when I start the story mode I get an error message: "Grand Theft Auto V has stopped working". And when I remove dinput8.DLL or OpenIV.asi from the gta 5 folder the game works but without the mods.
I tried every possible way to fix the problem but nothing worked,
I really need help thanks.
