Whenever i press F10 to open script communicator menu, nothing happens. Trying to run the quicksilver mod but nothing seems to be working. Please help.

Go to your GTA 5 installation directory and find a text file called scripthookvdotnet2.log. Open it with Notepad and paste the contents here so we can check for errors.
