Out Of Memory. Closing Application...

Every time I try to play GTA 5 it gives me this message "Out Of Memory. Closing Application..." What do I do?

1. Remove the mods you have created yourself. I just saw some of your comments in the C# tutorial thread. Quite obviously you are an absolute beginner and you have no clue about avoiding memory issues.
