[Help] General modding question for a newbie.

Hello! I was wondering if there was a way to replace a peds head with another peds head, like michaels head for the singleplayer mp male model. Is this a possible thing to do and how? I was trying to figure out how to replace the MP female model's head with the Shiranui Mai model that alex189 made. Any help would be appreciated!
