Multiplayer Co-op mod doesn't work

Hello,

I am talking about this mod - https://cs.gta5-mods.com/scripts/multiplayer-co-op-mod

The problem is that I can't the open the menu. I got ScripthookV and ScripthookVNET up-to-date, but still, when I press F9, nothing appears. Every other mod with menu works fine. So I just want to ask if someone else has the same issue with or if the problem is somewhere on my side.
