Why do I land on page 6 of the "How to ask for help" thread

Each time I direct someone to the thread "How to ask for help and support" in the troubleshooting section I land on page 6 instead of the initial post. I mean, I go to that section and click on this thread and then this happens. It's not a big deal as long as I recognize it but sometimes I might not and a newbie user asks himself why he should read what's on page 6.
