1/ Devin Weston Air Charter hangar
Remove the "Devin Weston Air Charter" logo from the hangar
2/Static (and ugly !) planes
Remove or replace with better models (like "p_cs_mp_jet_01_s.ydr" in x64g archive) the unusables planes at LSIA
3/ Roads marking
Correcting the roads marking near Pegasus Concierge hangar.
4/Litter
Removing the litter to make LSIA proper
