Modding idea: universal modification parts

Has anyone thought about universal car parts,spoilers,canards,and fender flares?
Menyoo can attach props on a vehicle,if someone can make parts as props,therefore it could be put on any car without bothering to make a whole car mod.
Theres alot of universal aftermarket parts in real life already, I want to know if they can be applied to GTAV.
