Why do icons vanish?

After having installed a couple of mods, some icons (such as LS customs, clothing shops etc.) disappear from the map. Can I know why? Is this fixable?

@Manu_Rossini The game does this to prevent memory issues. Only a certain amount of Blips are allowed.
