Bodyguards in games

You know with trainers you can put into your game new peds (as bodyguard), with its configurations (clothes, arms, voice, etc). But I can't save them in general game save.

That's mean all trainers can't do it. Allow you "create" peds for your game (not to play as the ped, and NOT online).

Do you know a way to do that or it's impossible.
