[Ped Request] Oleg from Saints Row 3/4

Heya, This'll be my first post on these forums so I genuinely hope I'm not doing anything wrong.
I'm Baddus, Player of some of the larger FiveM servers and downloader of a lot of the stuff on here. I've recently gotten into actually modding my personal GTA files and am trying to figure things out, naturally It's all pretty foreign to me so... I was hoping if someone could help me, either by simply doing it for me (If you do do it. Thank you) or by basically giving me a step by step on how to create my own ped model after exporting the model from Saints Row itself.
I'd love to be able to do this myself and actually know what I'm doing so any help would be great! I could get my hands on probably any required files to export Oleg from SR3/4 and any needed to import him into GTA... I just have no idea how to do it.
At any rate, I thank you guys for looking at this and hope I do get some help in the end!
