Missing peds in campaign missions after modding?

Hey all, i see to be missing characters in gta 5 campaign now i've modded it? For example, the mission where you need to scan the 3 people in the helicopter aren't there but the blue squares where i should be aiming are there. And in the 'sextape' mission the people are also missing. Is there a fix for this? Or do i need to remove my mods?
