Trainer mod: what am I doing wrong?

Hi all I’m new here and new to modding
I have installed script hook v + trainer but I can’t seem to load the trainer in game, F4 just does not do anything, can anyone please tell me what is it that I am doing wrong and can I get some guidance please.
Files that have been uploaded to GTA5.exe are as follows:
Asi loader
NativeTrainer.asi
ScriptHookV.dll
ScriptHookVI am also using OpenIV if that makes any difference.
Please help

Please post an image or a list of the files in your GTA V directory, and if these files exist please show the contents of them: asiloader.log and ScriptHookV.log.

i am unable to upload a pic here using my phone. I Have copied all necessary files on GTA V. The files that i mentioned in my earlier post are all on the directory. I have watched countless of videos and have not done anything different.
