[VEHICLE] Be able to kill police in their cars by crashing into them.

Now this is a bit of an odd request, but for the longest time I've been annoyed that you can crash into another pedestrians vehicle and they die at the wheel, but police are invincible in their cars unless you shoot them. I would love a mod that would change that if possible, so that I could get into some high speed chases, swerve, and watch the cops smash into a wall and die. I understand if this isn't possible, but it's a little thing that I feel would make the game a lot more fun, to me at least. Thanks!
