FiveM Map mod Issues!

Hi. Im on the latest versions of FiveM, GTA 5 and have been wondering if someone could enlighten me with help with a mod. See Im apart of the Dev team @ nypdroleplay.com And weve been struggling to get in LC. We Have got 50% of it done when we had hit a wall, (__resource.lua Wouldnt load on attempt to JOIN the server) We are going to start fresh, We were trying to install GTARandom's LC Mod. A fellow dev response would be much appreciated (Note, We have already posted on the fivem forums)
