GTA 5 v1.41 [Redux] Help

Hi guys,
I have a little problem my redux mod it's fully working but when I go to an mission it's like freezes. I used this gameconfig https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars with my current version of the game but it didn't work it keeps freezing on every mission i'd love if someone can help me.
