Open IV won't install

Trying to install Open IV and i get an error message that says "ovisetup.exe is not a valid win32 application." Does anyone know how to fix this so i can install mods?

File is corrupted, download it again.

i'll try to find somewhere else to download it and see if that does anything. Is it easy to use?
