Realistic needs

Hi everyone.
I'll be brief

I want a script for needs. Add lots of food, restaurants, adequate food prices etc.
Make an inventory of characters from which you can eat with the animation.

BUT, I do not know where to start and what programs to use. Help the beginner in his endeavors))))
