I crash when I open MENYOO vehicle spawner

When I open menyoo for a second my game freezes , then returns back to strikethrough textnormal, but when I try loading vehicle spawner , my game freezes and crashed saying that video memory error.....I have downloaded it perfectly and also have latest scripthookV ..... Also I have same problem in simple trainer..... it works , I don’t crash but I can’t spawn any vehicle either it just says vehicle spawned but doesn’t actually spawn it..... PLS HELP I have latest version of everything.
