Download open location help

Not sure if I accidentally clicked wordpad as the open location for downloads but when I try to download a GTA mod, it'll say "Open with" and the default is wordpad. How do I get this back to normal where I can download the files correctly?

@Besnik98 Assuming you use Windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028161/windows-10-change-default-programs
Should be similar for Win 7/8. Just google if you can't find it.
