@Roberteazy13 Some others in the comments section of the link above asked the same question as you, and the author said it was apart of 4NG4H's pack. It seems like you have to pay for 4NG4H's pack. Check out his facebook page and/or email him about it to find out about it. If you find anything out make sure to post here so other's can know as well!

@Jitnaught @Roberteazy13 I bought 4ng4h's september pack and it looks like the hair is included, but i haven't installed it so can't confirm it's the same. Only problem is 4ng4h removed all his mods, and vanished (I may be wrong but I haven't bothered to look) so you can't get his clothing packs anywhere.

4NG4H was defendant by stolen models from Second Life modding community, there the people is respectful but if their mods appears in other games without authorization, the hell falls over thiefs.
