So calm here...
I tryed to reinstall everything properly. with or without mods folder, scripts, graphic mods....I spent 6 hours
...and each time, after 2 or 3 minutes driving a car (original, replaced or add-on), that f* same crash :
Exception non gérée à 0x000007FEF48DCA3C (clr.dll) dans GTA5.exe.14072.dmp : 0xC00000FD: Stack overflow (paramètres : 0x0000000000000001, 0x00000000000F3F20).
Visualstudio, that i don't know how to use showed me that :
Adress : RtlpCallVectoredHandlers
0000000076E448F8 mov rcx,rsi (For Visualstudio, the crash comes from this line)
Pleeeeeease, help me, i really don't know what to do

@Julos71 The logs don't show any errors except for the stack overflow. Some mods are badly written by amateurs and they can cause such crashes. Since there is nothing specific in the other logs we can only guess. Look for mods which have looped behavior, like continuously adding peds or vehicles to a list in order to do something with these. That's just an example of course. Anything which piles up information in an endless loop could be the culprit. Remove those mods and try again. Then if your game runs smoothly put them back in, one after the other and try each time in-between.
EDIT: Wait a second, you said this even happens without any mods??? Are you running a legal copy of the game?

Thanks for your answer and advices. It's a legal and updated version of the game, on Steam.
What i've done :
1 Clean version reinstalled
2 asiloader/openIV.asi/opencamera.asi (via Open IV)
3 scripthook/scripthookDOTnet (last versions)
The game worked properly.
After that, i think i've tried bad things. I just drag directly some of my mod files in scripts and game folders ( here : https://ibb.co/ds1uV7 )
and add my old mods folder directly in the game folder to make different tests
1 without addon cars
2 without addons at all
3 just only kept the update folder from the mods folder ( to test addons cars without the other modifications made before in the mods folder (x64, common, x64a....)
4 without scripts folderEach time, stack overflow after 2 or 3 minutes (when driving, it seems to be ok or better on foot) . I remember that it became few time after RDE mod stopped working. Problem, it's an OIV without uninstall file.
I think i must reinstall everything step by step ( plenty of cars, textures... ). !
It's annoying not to be able to spot the bad mod by analyzing the files!
