OpenIV not saving updated files...

so i just encountered a problem where I took out my gta mods folder after something in it corrupted. Long story short after getting everything sorted (or so i thought) i moved it back into the directory and all the patchdays and dlc files were gone (in update - x64 - dlcpacks ) except for car files. So tried making a NEW mod folder and did everything right, but when i put the new one into the directory via openIV, it still shows all the dlcpacks missing. any help?
