Is there a tool that helps determine crashes? (Log added; Possible cause?)

I still kind of new to this modding thing, but I feel like I'm handling it well.
I would like to know if there is a tool or something that can help determine crashes. I have a crash coming from one of my mods, but the crash is so random that I couldn't even begin to tell you which one it is coming from. I have reinstalled all mods several times while rereading all installation instructions with no luck. I know it is a mod because I have never crashed while playing vanilla.
I have my suspicions about which mod it might be, but I honestly can't be sure. If there isn't a tool, might be a way to track down an error log that I just am not seeing. I tried looking it up, but the only thing I was able to find was where someone said to look at the launcher.log. I did so and tried to read it as best as possible. I found some error codes and looked them up, but unfortunately, I had no luck there.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Please, I would love to go back to playing for more than 30-45 minutes (if that) without crashing and without giving up my mods. : )
ETA: So, I was searching through my files a bit further. I found some sort of log for Premium Deluxe Motorsport Car Dealership. The timestamp for this particular error seems to fall in line with the last time I crashed. Might this be the cause? I've removed the mod for the time being to test it out. I will see what happens. I tried looking up the error message with no luck again. : /

@LadieWinter Well the log clearly tells what's wrong. As a developer you should be able to read this.
Are you programming in C# or C++?

Oh. Haha. I'm not a developer. By modding I meant putting mods into my game. I'm far from being able to know how to code anything. : )
I asked about a tool because I had a different game that had a tool that would read the crash log for you and tell what it meant. I was just asking to see if such a thing might exist for this game.
Anyways, I think I have actually figured it out. I eventually found something that I think might have been the solution. I will just have to wait and see.

@LadieWinter Oops my bad. I misunderstood you. There is no such tool but we are eager to help you here. Just give us the logs. In case you know which of the mods is causing trouble I recommend you contact the author of the mod directly in the comments section of the mod's page. Sadly some of those mod developers have a "toss it to the public and never look back" attitude. If you ask a mod developer for help but he never replies and you see that other users have the same problem as you, simply remove that mod and forget it. It's not worth it.

What kind of error are you getting? A ScriptHookV error?
ScriptHookVDotNet is more tolerant and just crashes the mod itself, though more severe problems can lead to more crashy behavior.
If GTAV.exe crashes, the problem may be elsewhere. First try to determine if it's a resource error (Add-on, replace) by seeing if the game still crashes if you disable all script mods and leave OpenIV intact.
If it doesn't and you're sure it's a script mod, try disabling all ScriptHookVDotNet mods and ScriptHookV mods until you got the culprit.
The errors you show aren't (too) severe.
