Game is stuttering when using mods

Hey,
since I use mods (I'm currently only using the .asi loader/openIV-loader, menyoo-trainer and various car mods) my game is stuttering. I tried different graphics settings but it's not related to graphics. I think there's an issue with loading files. I have plenty of RAM and I already set the priority to high. I also installed fixes for fps and although my fps are stable at around 60-70 everywhere, every few seconds I get a minor lag. When driving fast it becomes really distracting.
Maybe someone had the same problem and found a solution?

@MoLerche Most car mods are using 4K textures only and no LOD models. This is the cause for FPS drops most of the time. When you say "plenty of RAM", do you mean the RAM on the motherboard or on the graphics card? https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/13256/how-to-ask-for-help-and-support
