Dinghys with working Siren Sounds?

Hi
Is it possible to have working siren sounds with Dinghys as I have downloaded and installed some mods for Lifeguard, Police and Coast Guard that have these on the craft but only the lights flash?
I have added entries to Audi Hash in vehicles.meta and changed levels in carvariations.meta but have managed to get nothing to work?
Have anyone got some scripts that I can use to enable these sounds please?
