Looking for Someone to help me install all of my GTA 5 mods properly

Hi there i am not experienced in modding GTA 5 but i would love it if someone could get in contact with me via on here or jump on my Teamspeak as i have followed alot of guides and tried alot of different ways
My TS is Defcon.streamlinegames.com if someone could come and install them and get everything working correctly for me ill be happy to pay for there time
The things i would like done is
have alll Australian police cars and uniforms
australian emerngency skins ect so everything aussie.
and also plugins/mods to make it as realistic as possible
