Block Users from Following My Profile

@Global-Moderators Is there a way to stop or block users who have decided they are going to follow me, even though I have no clue who they are and why they have chosen me to follow. I don't mind if someone thinks I'm worthy but I would like to keep my list of followers to people I know or like, and not just some random on the internet

@Jitnaught It's cool man, I was just annoyed cause I have no clue who some of those followers are, but @Rennie said it won't notify me every time they comment on something so it's all good.

@krissboo I have a few random followers too. They only get notifications of new topics AFAIK, and I don't make many of those so I've had no problems with them.
