Fort Zancudo R* Editor restrictions

Hey everyone, ever since Gunrunning (I believe?) there is a restriction with Rockstar Editor which afaik has never been lifted by Rockstar themselves. Whenever you record anything near the east end of Zancudo you'll get a prompt that any recordings made won't allow camera changes in the Editor.
Was there ever a fix or workaround for this?

@Reacon I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the special UFO gunrunning supply mission:
But that supply mission is now older than 6 months and we still suffer from this shit in singleplayer. Half od Zancudo is pretty much unusable for Rockstar Editor screenshots -.-

what i don't get though as if the supply mission is in online why are we still restricted in sp?
