EnableMPcars.asi isnt working?

Hi Guys,
I recently installed EnableMPcars, which im sure you all know about. For some reason it isnt letting me spawn the DLC cars, even though everything is updated to the most recent. GTA, SH, CSH etc etc.?

@Hfitzge What game version are you on and is your game steam, retail or pirate?

Its the lastest, 1290 and its retail.

@Hfitzge ok and just to confirm can you go to openiv and check you have the mpchristmas2017 and patchday17ng rpf folders as they are the latest updates.
