New to GTA5 on PC - Followed guides but game isn't loading in any Mods (Replacement Cars or Native Trainer) Please Help :/

I have OpenIV linked to my GTA.exe, have installed 3 different replacement cars that show up in the files as installed, Asi are all installed. Also have Script Hook V with Native Trainer & this isn't showing up in game either.

Any help would be appreciated

@Supersam020790 As of today there's a new game update and you need to wait until scripthookV got updated as well. This takes about a week.
