After installing GTA V PC Native Trainer + Scripthook + ASI Loader my game says it keeps on needing a 73.04GB Update

After every time I move GTA V PC Native Trainer + Scripthook + ASI Loader into the game folder my game needs a massive 73.04GB Update. It has done it multiple times now. I am new to modding, I just wanted the basics and then some skins and vehicle mods.

@sayersyou So you installed a legal copy of the game (retail or Steam?), you updated the game to the newest version (v1.0.1290, Doomsday heists) and then you installed which version of ScripthookV?
