Is it possible to launch DLCs such as LARoads, GTA remastered without Script Hook?

I do not have a backup (Launcher.exe, GTAV.exe and update.rpf) and installed the latest version. Is it possible to activate dlc files?

mods folder yes. Mod menus, scripts etc, no.

@Popogona77 Yes, simply remove ScriptHookV.dll until it's updated but keep the ASI loader installed (dinput8.dll).
