Weird texture boxes / blocks spawning after NaturalVision mod

Hi guys,

So I just installed the NaturalVision Photorealistic 1.4 mod from Nobody & Kwebbl and the graphics and all turned out fine like i expected. Though when driving there's a lot of big texture boxes or blocks spawning everywhere and you can actually crash into them. Any idea what caused this and how i can get rid of them?
