change the wind levels

this is gonna sound like a weird question but i noticed my game is windy AF. can i change it somewhere? if so where?

unsure, think weather.xml, but could also reside in the timecycle ones

@Reacon Replace "branchbend_windsettings.xml" with the one from vanilla. Put it in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data"

@Razed quick question, do you know how to get rid of the faint mist i'm always seeing on the ground no matter what weather option i have

@Reacon Go to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5" and edit "weather.xml"
Look for a variable called "Fog value=" underneath each weather. There should be a bunch of them.
Change each one to have 0.0000 as the value and import the edited file back into your game.
