Mod which removes Chop (and Franklin's bike)?

I am looking for a mod which removes Chop. The reason is I'm such a soft-hearted moron who wants to move Franklin to a different house but I can't stand the thought to leave Chop behind.
Oh and while we're at it, that motorbike is crap and I'd like to see it gone for good.
