[HELP] Problem with rain and texture

so I have 2 problems happening in my game,
the first: rainwater still falls even in the room
the second: i am a new modder, i get a problem on the mod helm that i made that there is a broken texture like folded texture.

Texture sizes need to be divisible by 4. If not, you get odd artifacts at the fringes.

I can assure you, rain isn't falling thru the ceiling of Franklin's fancy home (just checked it myself). You must be using some inferior rainmod then. If you use Menyoo or Simple Trainer, rain will stay outside.
