Mini Map not showing up randomly stopped appearing...

My mini map on screen has disappeared, so have other little things such as with impromptu races when you get out of the car and “race canceled” appears on screen, that no longer shows either. Neither does the vehicle name when getting in the car. I have no idea what’s going on or why I would do this, I checked my settings and radar / minimap is enabled so I’m confused
