Help me, what/which mod is this?

Hi,

I am playing GTA 5 from a long time, but soon enough my kid has found a video in Youtube, which I believe is a mod of GTA 5, and he seems pretty interested in it, and is just crazy about it. But I don't know what's the name of the mod, or what name I should search for. But I have taken the screenshots of the video, so that if someone can recognize it, and guide me accordingly, it will be really helpful. Find the pictures below and help me in it

Welcome to our community, by the way. If you need anything else do feel free to check the mainsite, where you'll find a lot of mods (even includes a search tab where you can find a specific mod). You can also come to the forum where everybody will usually be to either get help with a mod, or requesting a mod. We have categories for this, so, hehe. (don't ask about GTAO mods, that's not allowed here for perfectly good reasons I won't get into at the moment)

We even have an Off-Topic section where you can... well... discuss anything that isn't GTA5.
