What files I need to backup to downgrade?

I'm waiting for the ScriptHookV update, before that, I'd like to ask what file should I need for latest update of ScriptHookV
I'm using steam version and I can play the game in offline (simply unplug my ethernet)
Please help, I would be appreciated.

Do you mean which script hook release, or which files from the game directory?
If you mean script hook, just grab the following files, compatible with the previous dlc package (before 20th March if I'm not mistaken?):
